How do I add a PDF to my knowledge base?
- Go to the Knowledge Base of the Library you want to add a PDF to.

Click
Add Knowledge
button.

- Select Add a file from the Add Knowledge window.


Drag and Drop
- You can upload files by clicking on the Drag and drop area and selecting the files from your computer.


- Click the
Submit
button to add the PDF to your knowledge base. The number of credits used will be displayed on the button.
PDF Link
- Click on the
By URL
button to show the text field where you can paste the URL.

- Paste the link to the PDF in the text field.

- Press the
Submit
button. A window will appear showing how much number of credits will be used when the PDF is added to the knowledge base.

- Confirm that you want to add the PDF to your knowledge base by clicking the
Submit
button in the window. When the upload is successful the window will show Submitted.
